Sean Smallwood is an associate attorney for the office of Cohen, Battisti. He began his legal experience while in law school for the Law Firm of Bigney & Orth, P.A. where he was hired as an intern, but was quickly chosen above other law students as a summer associate due to his dedication to his work and the high level of his legal writing. His desire to help others led him to a position as a Supreme Court Certified Intern for the Public Defender’s Office 18th Judicial Circuit where he took part in many jury trials and was touted by his superiors as the “best Certified Intern we have ever had, or ever will have”.
